About the event
Introducing the next event in our New Moves series - designed to make fitness more friendly. We know joining a new fitness class on your own can be pretty daunting. So we’re running women-only classes this autumn/winter that are a beginner-friendly, judgement-free zone - perfect for giving some new ways of moving a go.
Try out bouldering - a style of indoor climbing free from the use of ropes. This 1.5-hour session will be guided throughout by an instructor so no experience is needed. The state-of-the-art facility has climbs that cater to all abilities.
This is the perfect chance to step out of your comfort zone to try something new in a safe and supportive environment.
After climbing, we’ll recharge with some Free Soul electrolytes, tuck into a well-earned pizza buffet (veggie, vegan & GF catered for) and have a good natter.
