About the event
Reclaim Your Life is an event series for women ready to build the life they want in Manchester. Created in collaboration with flexible workspace operator and events space provider, Colony.
Join Co-Active Coach, Mandy Sinclair for a masterclass on growing your confidence. Her talk will give you a chance to reflect, be kinder to yourself, and consider how you can move forward with a new sense of self-confidence.
This workshop is relevant for anyone who wishes that they were more confident and wants to learn practical techniques and strategies to quieten their inner saboteur and live the life they want.
Also included are sandwiches, salads, cakes and soft drinks from woman-owned independent café and caterer, Nibble (all dietary requirements catered for).
Plus there will be plenty of time to mingle, chat and make new friends!
